Daring to Read Summit
Evidence-aligned literacy in practice.
Step Into the Arena: Our Vision
Root Literacy Design is seeking passionate educators, specialists, and leaders to serve as Lead Practitioners for the inaugural Daring to Read Summit. Inspired by Brené Brown’s Daring to Lead and Theodore Roosevelt’s "Man in the Arena," this summit honors the practitioners who do the essential work for students every day.
We are moving away from traditional keynotes and passive lectures. Our entire focus is on actionable implementation—ensuring attendees leave with ready-to-use tools built in real time, not just notes.
Open to: K–12 Teachers • Specialists & Coaches • School Leaders • Higher Ed & Policy Partners
