Who Is This For?
Please use this form to submit School or District Purchase Orders. To process your order as tax-exempt, you must upload your tax-exempt certificate below. Once submitted, a formal invoice will be sent to the billing email provided within 24 hours. Orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment.
