Our Guided Practicum is designed for educators who have learned about the science of reading and are ready to put it into practice.
For any educator who has completed science of reading training, including:
Section 1 of our Roots of Literacy training
Training with another vendor
Graduate courses in reading / literacy

For coaches learning evidence-based practices & practitioners providing instruction in word recognition, spelling, fluency, & comprehension:
Reading Specialists, Deans, Coaches, Tutors, K-4 Classroom Teachers, K-12 Interventionists (e.g., classroom teachers, special educators, MLL teachers, teacher assistants)

WHAT
Administer & analyze diagnostic literacy assessments
Form instructional goals for your student(s)
Design and deliver lessons
Deliver a minimum of 55 lessons over the course of the year
