We developed the Coach Mentorship Network to support coaches like you. 

We’ll help you unlock the potential you see in every teacher and student with tailored literacy tools, support, and feedback for an entire year in a professionally facilitated small group.

Topics covered in the Coach Mentorship Network

When you join a Coach Mentorship Network, you’ll receive a wealth of information as well as the feedback you need to be successful. 

Topics covered include:

  • The role of a coach, coaching methods and cycles, and purposeful planning

  • Year-long literacy goals 

  • Literacy systems and structures within an MTSS framework

  • The 4 types of literacy assessments

  • Data meetings: types and purpose, frequency, protocols

  • Understanding Structured Literacy principles

  • Designing and leading professional learning for educators and families

Join a Coach Mentorship Network if you support practitioners

We encourage educators who support and coach practitioners (those who directly work with students) to enroll in a Coach Mentorship Network. 

Job titles include:

  • Coach

  • Facilitator

  • MLL director

  • Special education teacher

  • Teacher

  • Lead teacher

  • Reading specialist

  • Department leader

  • Dean

 

Coach Mentorship Networks run September to April

Each cohort kicks off the first Saturday of September, and concludes the first Saturday of April. 

Each 20-person cohort meets on Saturday mornings for 2 hours over the course of a year.

Office hours are assigned separately on the same morning.

Cohorts are facilitated by an experienced educator with current classroom experience. 

 
 
 
 

Investment

It is $4,500 per person to participate for the full year
