Over the course of a year, you will move through these topics with the guidance of an experienced facilitator:

By the time you conclude your participation in an Administrator Mentorship Network, you will:

have the tools and resources to do so
have developed the systems and structures needed to sustain a culture of literacy throughout your school

We encourage educators who lead schools or district level strategies, budgeting, planning, and implementation to join.

The Administrator Mentorship Network runs August to April
Each 12-person cohort meets weekly on Saturday mornings for 2 hours over the school year, with 4 1:1 checkins every other month for individual support.
Each session is facilitated over Zoom by an experienced and current school leader with prior classroom teaching experience.
Investment
It is $6,250 per person for the entire year.
